... up for s long time however had some troubles getting the tester download to work.
It is quite a pretty app so far but I haven't explored it much yet. The vote fubction was a bit weird so @exyle and @mammasitta got more than they deserve ;P
In time these various apps are going to hold groups of users and give many more posting options. For me, I will use it to add some quick thoughts and images as it essentially forces me to post less text. I am sure there are some happy readers out there.
In the future a few of these apps are going to get lucky and explode in usage and raise the value of the entire Steem chain. What is fantastic is that a user carries their wallet and fanbase with them so is not restricted exclusively to any particular app, which is fantastic for both users and the fans and gives a massive amount of versatility to an individual account.
Anyway, let's see how this goes and if writing this into the description means the text will become the title :D

Appics feels like Instagram and a memory look book and I like it because sometimes pictures speak much louder than words.
It’s a nice relaxing option when you feel that words don’t come easy. Sometimes I hold back when some people in reality give me the impression that I TALK TOO MUCH hahaha 🙈
I think it will be a healthy option for me to get thoughts out fast and have a little more of a light-hearted post. I tend to be a little too serious sometimes in my texts.
I know that feeling because I also think my words are too serious most of the time. When I catch your articles I always enjoy them. Keep going! 😉

can you pls tell us more on how the app works? Those notable steemians you mentioned caught my attention to the app more.
It is in a testing phase at the moment. I have had an invite for a long time but hadn't had success using the link.
I haven't explored it much yet but perhaps at some point I will do a review or something.
no problem, I will be looking forward to receiving it sooner. And I will make sure to explore too, here.
This could work well as a quick option while you travel across Europe and get some great shots! I have considered using it as well for my Saturday posts but haven’t signed up yet.

Yep, this is the planned test for next week as I will only have my work laptop with me. We have strict IT policies and a lot of IT access so I don't log in on it.

Yeah, I think once I get used to it there will be a bit more flow to posting through there. At the moment, I am one of those terrible people who still use Steemit.com and a real keyboard :D
Make that two, i am on the keyboard aswell. While on phone now with appics and actifit , just a great addition to my normal routine.
I am hoping that I can do shorter posts from appics because I hate writing on the phone and, I really hate commenting on the phone :D For me, it just doesn't connect and I think it is actually the same for many. I have atheory that those who only use a phone generally don't comment as thoughtfully because of the time taken. I think in the longrun, there might be a cost to it for engagement and network relationships.
Well the younger Guys click-type-copy-paste and send really Nice blogs out but i am one with my lappie, and the phone as a backup
I've had appics for a while and haven't really used it much. I'm hoping it gets me motivated to take more pictures as I'd like to do more with photography, but just not there yet.
How was your Appics experience?
The experience was okay once in which took some doing. However, I couldn't work out the vote slider straight away :D When it is finished and the little kinks worked out it might be a decent app for normies.
