An impromptu photo shoot

On our roadtrip yesterday we stopped in at a strawberry farm, but we didn't have time to pick any, just have a little walk through the fields. On the way back I had a bit of an idea and my wife @momone had the camera. These are the shots I took of the two of them though. Our daughter was so happy being up there.

The colours work really well together I think. I did some recovery from the shadows otherwise the face would have been too dark. I also added some contrast into the blue of the sky to give it a little more boldness and have a candied effect.

I like being able to take these kinds of photos for my wife. There are so many great ones of her and also the two of them together but there is a downside to it as well and I am sure that the many people in my situation may agree. Having only one person that has any idea on how to use a camera means that the picture quality is well, one sided.

As said, I had a bit of an idea and my wife was carrying the camera, at the end I put the best of her shots. Have you ever seen those 'expectation vs reality' memes?
