Snow, snow, o what are you?
This morning when my eldest woke up he came and ask what is snow and how does it look. Well, living in Namibia there is absolutely zero to none chance that he will ever see snow unless we take him to a place where it is snowing, or the weather patterns change etc.
So I decided to find something to show him what is snow and then we will make some snow, I also found an experiment where we can make a snow storm in a jar. So today is going to be a lot of fun.
How is snow created?
An interesting video to watch

All the best for you 😃
Thank you!
When ever I read your posts for children it takes me back to my childhood, our experiments were always something for the tummy (not always the best ideas)
Eno's and castor sugar was one to make sherbet (yup it fizzed)
Cocoa (we used to get quite strong hot drink those days) mixed with castor sugar in a cup, you had chocolate of a sort....
Being inventive as a child is a wonderful way to grow up @tanyaschutte love the ideas you share for children living in the fast paced world, to take time to enjoy a bit of crazy learning.
Thank you @joanstewart. Love spending quality time with my kids while they learn.
Thank you for sharing this. I'm gonna try with my little girl. She also wonders what snow looks like.
My pleasure. Hope you have fun!
Thank you!
