Why do we have Friends, Why do We Need Them?
Friends are gift from God
God gave you friends not to know other people, but to know who you really are as a person
They are there to be cherished.
They are for keeps.
They say that if you have one friend, you are lucky.
If you have two, then double treats.
If the friendship lasted for 7 years, it is made for forever.
If you have friends, make time for them.
They may not be perfect,
but their presence will tell the difference if you have none
Note: This poem was given by a 4 year old boy after seeing my picture with my best friends. Imagine how a 4-year old boy knows something about friendship? It is amazing but true. Everything he knows about friendship is true. I admire this boy.
