Spring Roll Wrapper Curry Pizza
INGREDIENTS
5 sheets spring roll wrappers
1 potato
3 mini sausages, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 block instant curry roux, melted
3 tablespoons shredded cheese
Parsley, chopped
Route
Cover the potato with a plastic shield and a microwave for 2 minutes. Then cut up to 1.5 cm less.
Adjust the spring roll one on top of the other, rotating each sheet
Top with Curry Daily and Melted Potatoes, Sauce, Bell Pepper and Paneer.
Bake for 5-6 minutes at 250 degrees. Sprinkle with pancala and serve immediately.
