Beautiful "Bird of Paradise"
No…. It’s not a “bird” that I would like to present you today! But, it’s the name of this beautiful flower…..
As far as I know, this is not "Thai" flower, but it's the local flower of "South Africa".
Do you know this flower?
We call it as “Paksa Sawan” in Thai.
“Paksa" is a special Thai name or we normally call "Nok" means “Bird”
“Sawan” means “Paradise”
= “Bird of Paradise” in English
I think both are really cute names.
Its shape looks like colorful bird that is going to fly up to the sky! It’s really strange and unique. The color is very bright and beautiful. This may be the reason why it is called as “Bird of Paradise”.
If flower is a symbol of happiness, believe me or not, being among these flowers can make me feel delightful throughout the day as if I am in paradise….. ;)

That is a beautiful flower, and so colorful, the green and orange together are amazing. Great job capturing it. It does make one feel as if in paradise.
