We live in a cruel world where the profession and money have it’s own place. We are always in a hurry to finish everything. A lot of times happened to check the phone for new emails and messages rather than wash our teeth. A modern man is filled with responsibilities and stress, but there is always a way to get out of this madness. Follow this 5 effective solutions and I promise that if you apply these tips you will feel a lot better.
1. Enjoy a moment of silence
Select the time of the day and just close your eyes. Concentrate on breathing and try to meditate. The best start is to breathe through your nose for full two minutes without moving. This is an effective and simple exercise that calms the brain and nervous system. If you are fan of meditation, make a tea, read or do something so it can totally relax you. Listen music for relaxation and rest. You deserve it.
2. Move
Daily exercise reduces stress and the possibility of anxiety, whose levels are higher in people who are constantly working. Under motion mean even walking around or practicing yoga. If you think you could never get used to the exercise, then grab some of your friends and tackle on the hour dancing. It’s a great idea to do some classes in modern dance, salsa or sports. An alternative solution is to play music at home and simply move in the rhythm of the music. Be active because it will bring a lot of energy and will significantly reduce stress. Plus, if you exercise in the morning you will not feel guilty if you do not go to the gym after work hours.
3. Eat your breakfast
Surely, you have read a million times how important is breakfast for the body. Start to eat your breakfast because the benefits of breakfast are endless. And one of the biggest benefits of this is that it brings balance of the blood sugar. If your blood values are misaligned since the morning, it is not likely that it will adjust during the day, meaning that all day you’ve been claiming the wrong decisions which food to eat. Take the time to make a list of breakfasts. For example, an omelet with vegetables and a piece of toast can make a big difference in your day, and you will need less 10 minutes to prepare.
4. Smile
If you catch yourself that you are chaotic and stressful simply smile. Ordinary smile will cheer you, and may even make you easier. It enhances immunity, releases serotonin (the hormone responsible for good mood) and encourages your well being. It sounds too simple to be true? Perhaps, but much of the balance during work weeks required to get out of our comfort zone and try new things. So, next time you will need a dose of energy and refreshment, smile and see what happens.
5. Detoxify
To relax, you just have to disconnect from the social world. Select at least a few hours while you are at home and turn off the phone, computer, tablet and other technological items. Recall that you will be only checking emails and messages. Immediately, you start to feel pressure that you have to finish everything. The next five days wait at least 10 minutes before you check your phone after you wake up. Learn yourself on a deeper level before you surrender to the chaos. Record your thoughts and your feelings. A good idea is to write about them. Everything can wait and nothing is more important than your health. Take your time, there is nothing more important than that.
