Hi,

could someone please explain what do they mean by you have to wait 3 months and 104 weeks before you steemdown.

I am not sure how to even ask the question. So, pardon me if I got the semantics wrong.

Its 13 weeks the time it takes to recover your steem in equal payments

So, what is this 104 weeks period referring to?

This was the power down period before the hard fork. Now its just 13 weeks.
