The art of persuation , how to achieve it?

in #life4 months ago

Like a salesman trying to get someone to buy his product, a negotiator tries to make the other side see his idea in the best light possible.

It's about telling the other person what's good about our deal (for the negotiator) or the goods (for the seller). It has nothing to do with trickery.

In a discussion, everyone wants their own needs to be met. All parties gain from win-win agreements, which is why they are the best way to make a contract.

Ethics are very important in talks. During the negotiation process, justice, truth, trust, and balance are used as guides.

Persuasion is a very important part of this whole process. This is the best plan because it lets you use argument and thought to convince instead of force. But just what is the art of persuasion?

When someone does us a favour, we naturally return the favour. So, we will win the other person's trust if we show that we understand how they feel during the conversation. We will be able to figure out the other person's goals faster if we are clear about what we want. To get things back in order, we should treat others the way we want to be treated.

Aside from that, people are naturally drawn to goods that seem unique or different. For instance, British Airways has said it will cut back on the number of trips between London and New York. The next day, a lot of people bought tickets. To put it another way, it's the idea of supply and demand.

It is generally agreed that people are more likely to believe someone with more experience and seniority, whether they are aware of it or not. So, customers of a doctor or lawyer will be much more understanding if they can see the degrees and certifications that prove their experience.

When we negotiate, we can bring up deals we've already made. This will be much easier if we've been working together for a long time. We're talking about how trust works here.

Boosting trust will make it much easier to find an answer that works for everyone. Building a connection, asking about possible problems, showing empathy, sharing information, showing that you care about the other person, giving praise and praise, and other things are all great ways to do this.

Without realising it, people try to be consistent in how they act. They could lose respect and knowledge if they don't. There is "pressure" to remember that promises made earlier in the discussion process might not be as important as promises made later.

These are the basic parts of language that will help you win a deal. More than magic, it's about seeing things from the other person's point of view in order to get what you both want.
