Strengthen the defense system of your business with these simple steps

Create a dedicated "office" space in your home. Create a replica of the system that is currently in use at work in a different portion or room of the house. Select a spot where you will not be disturbed by other members of your family. The most important thing to have is a dependable and secure internet connection.

On days when you have to report to work, make sure to get up at the scheduled hour. Make sure you stick to your regular morning routines. Take the initiative to rise earlier than normal and devote your time and energy to developing your consciousness through positive psychology, even during times of difficulty.

Even if you don't have a full business suit, put on your casual-sport business suit instead of sweatpants, pyjamas, or nightgowns to avoid seeming sloppy.

Work within the confines of your normal working hours. (Spouse, look after the children, tidy the house, turn on the television, listen to the news in the background, and only visit the websites you frequent when conducting business.) If your children do not have a residential caretaker, you and your spouse should work out alternate care hours for them.

Make a weekly and daily schedule for both your business and personal lives, and stick to it. Start on Sunday evenings, that is, before the week begins, and visualise your weekly and daily plans first thing in the morning, after you have adjusted to a more positive and higher state of consciousness.

When "To Do" closes its weekly broadcast, the question "Who do you want to be?" will be answered by the host of "Who do you want to be?" Towards the end of this week, we'll talk about "successful business-private life balance." To put it another way, it's as though I want to be a "parent who can bring people together." And, no matter what happens, stick to your scheduled activities. "Follow orders no matter what!"

Concentrate solely on the parts of your career and life that you have the ability to influence or influencer. Don't obsess over things you have no control over... What about the corona virus, for example, will it be eliminated? Is the world about to come to an end? Will I Perish or Will I Live? In your professional life, your personal health, and the health of your family, take the measures you can control and do the best you can with what resources you have.

On Sunday, devote all of your time on a single subject for the entire allotted time.

Come to a complete stop after 25 minutes, walk around the room or house and jump on the trampoline if one is provided. (15 – 20 minutes)

On a sheet of paper, place a check mark next to the number 25 to indicate completion.

You should take a 20-minute break when there are four checkmarks on the board.

Continue till the job is completed.

"Determine your life's mission," is possibly the most important. Whenever you find yourself losing concentration, remind yourself that you are doing what you are doing to serve something greater than yourself. Consider how much joy you will derive from completing the task at hand.
