Spicy lightly salted cucumbers
A healthy appetizer easy and quick to make. They are prepared with the addition of red pepper and garlic, so they will surely appeal to fans of bright and rich tastes.

Ingredients
- Cucumbers 1 kg
- Water 1 l
- Salt 2 tbsp. spoons
- Sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Red hot peppers ½ – 1 piece
- Garlic 5 teeth
- Dill seeds 1 tsp
- Grain mustard 1 tsp
- Black peppercorns 10 peas
- Allspice peas 5 peas
- Dill 1 bundle
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
Preparation
- Wash the cucumbers and place in a bowl. Fill with water at room temperature and leave for 2 hours.
2 ․ Boil a liter of water in a saucepan. Add salt and sugar and cook until dissolved. Leave it on for 5 minutes.
3 ․ Cut the red pepper and garlic into small pieces. Combine with dill seeds, mustard and peppercorns.
Put half of the spicy mixture and herbs along with lavrushka on the bottom of the pan, on top - cucumbers with cut ends. Top with remaining spices and cover with dill.
Pour the pickle into a pot of cucumbers. Cover with a plate and place a jar of water.
6 ․ When the liquid has cooled, put the cucumbers in the refrigerator for a day.
