Our life is like a boat in a stormy sea,
Driving a wave forward, then sideways.
Now sadness - then joy, laughter, then grief.
But remember - God rules life.


It often seems that in a stormy sea
We are all alone, completely alone.
As if lost in the open,
In grief, need days pass.


But our Master controls the boat,
Without Him the wave will not come.
All that confusion brings us, the
Gentle Hand Permits !


In His Love, He sculpts
His Masterpiece from us , in suffering, in need,
When the boat of life is so tossed,
That you cannot see help anywhere.


Trust in joys and sorrows
And when there is no strength to go forward,
The Loving Lord in Heavenly Will will
lead Your boat of life!
