Delicious Fish Curry at Home
Ingredients
Fillet of white fish
Garlic
Vegetable oil
Curry
Paprika
Coconut milk
Salt
Ground black pepper
Parsley
Cooking
Cut the fish into large chunks. Chop the garlic finely.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add curry and paprika, stir and cook the same amount.
Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss in the chopped parsley and simmer covered for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Place the fish in the sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then turn the pieces over and simmer for about the same amount.
