NOW SOCIAL PROTECTION MEANS JUVENILE JUSTICE INTERVENTION

Social protection is becoming a myth.
Now it doesn't mean help or support of those who really is in a difficult life situation.
Now it's "a mask" of intervention into families and private life.

The automated system “Accounting of underprivileged families and children” won first place in the nomination “Social Protection” at the annually held All-Russian Forum “PROF-IT.2018”.

Whom do they want to deceive?

The functions of this system are following

1.registration of juvenile offenders, families and children in difficult life situations or socially dangerous situation;
2.interdepartmental electronic interaction of subjects included in the system of prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency; o
3.organization of accounting and control of measures for the implementation of plans for individual preventive work with minors and families.

Sounds not bad, but juvenile justice and CPS always were created to cover great holy mission. And what do we have now?

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Not so long even the senator has declared that "“>The juvenile system is already introduced into all families with children. It can be called in different ways, for example, identifying children in difficult life situations”.

If even officials can't hide the essence of things, then it is becoming reallt hot and terrible...

The main danger of this program is that its goal is creating a single database with the right of access to it for multiple departments!

They call it "creation of a single information space of executive bodies".

The program provides access to the information and its provision to interested parties in agreement with the owners of information.

But who is an owner of information? A family with minors?
NO!

In this case it's ebodies, territorial bodies of federal executive bodies, local self-government bodies.

It's all wrtten in the articles of this Territorial sectoral regional information system.

People try to do their best to resist interbention to private life and access to their personal data, but this process is so active and dynamic, that it seems to be unstoppable..

Moreover, the program "Accounting for disadvantaged families and children" assumes "the preventive work" that in this very case means that all work can also be carried out in advance of the onset of a “socially dangerous situation”.

So in other words, even normal and adequate families are still under review of these CPS "tutors", because they "prevent danger" that can suddenly appear!

A cunning decision.

If early CPS and its assistants have to wait for any kind of a claim or denunciation for a family, and this information gave them "green light" to start their hell activity, now they always have this "green light".
Now it's called "prevention"...

It should be mentioned that 2 years ago, in 2016 promoters of CPS evil in my country already tried to touch families by their dirty hands. They offered a law allowing them to collect data about all schoolchildren. That try failed. The President didn't sign that law. The socity had a deep relief...

They had a pause. They were waiting for another try. They have made a new "mask" for their devilish project, they have changed the form, have chosen loud and bright words to justify rude intervention into families, and this time they have won...

Moreover, it is not limited only by schoolchildren, but includes the whole group of minors and their families...

Where is a safe place for families now?!
