A SPECIAL RUSSIAN DISH - VARMENI (step-by-step photorecipe)
VARMENI is a word that I have created by myself-)
In the original variant this very dish is called VARENIKI WITH MEAT.
But as a rule VARENIKI are cooked with different fillings but not with meat. It can be potato, cheese, strawberry etc
Meat is a traditional filling for another Russian dish - PELMENI - dough + raw meat (minced meat)
VARMENI is a combination of PELMENI + VARENIKI so I have created such a name for them-))
What is the difference?
They are cooked of dough + cooked meat, not raw one.
And now I will show how Icooked them:
- Make dough (water + whole wheat flour)
I never use traditional white flour because it harms our health and has no use for us.
** Cook meat (you can use any meat you like)
make minced meat.
*** Add onion, carrot, salt and pepper + any species you like to the meat
**** Roll a thin layer of dough (about 2-3 mm)
***** Make circles and put some meat in the center
****** Make such a shape (traditional one for pelmeni)
******* Cook it in the boiling water for 2-3 min.
******** Enjoy with any sauce or vinegar you like!

Not the national dish but most popular and favorite dish in my Country. Instead of putting cooked meat, they put raw (mixed with spices) and then steam it in special Mo:Mo cooking Pot.

yes, this dish is beloved my all Russians, especially by men becayse there is meat there-))
it takes rather much time to cook them, that's wh many women don't like to make them, but it's worth it!
as a rule we make many of them, about 100 and freeze, then when we are hungry we can take it and in 2 min omnomnom-)))

Красивое блюдо, ты сама это все готовишь? Когда успеваешь?) А по поводу ломаного русского - да, так и написал, что мол чего это вы русским платите за такие ужасные посты.)) Еще и сама группа обиделась, что мы мало денег им жертвовали, говорят, что нужно было с каждого поста по двадцать пять процентов давать, а я не вникла в это, давала как все, сейчас они половину пользователей перестали поддерживать из-за этого.
гневный пост о маленьких донэйшн я видела. они бы сразу обозначили, что с каждого и по 25%, я тоже не после каждого переводила, наоборот, думала подсобирать, а а потом сразу побольше вкинуть.. это шо типа гусли, мы в черном списке?)
а кто это такой умный русских обосрал? замечание охренеть...та тут 80% неанглоговорящие и пишут еще хуже нас, у кого это так бомбит, жаба задавила, ему, наверное, меньше дали, вот и потекло говно по трубам.
сама готовила, ага) я просто не сторонник магазинной еды и вообще всяких покупных "какашек"-)) поэтому время на шедевры уже автоматом находится)
ну типа да, мне правда последний пост проплатили, но вообще, далеко не всем сейчас платят, и не уверена будут ли и мне платить в будущем) Я тоже не хотела по доллару-два кидать как некоторые делают, мне даже как-то и неудобно такие копейки перечислять, тоже думала чуть позже весомую сумму кинуть)
Там мужик писал в моем предпоследнем посте коммент, и не только в моем посте, и к Линде претензии предъявлял мол как это так, что вы такие посты проплачиваете.) Но его уже заминусили) Конечно, жаба задавила, ему просто вообще не заплатили)
аа, ну вот где собака зарыта) жаба - это интернациональный зверь, иностранцев тоже душит))
вот-вот, чертичто по 3 сбд вкидывать, не лучше ли раз-два в месяц, но по 10, например. недопонимание тут вышло. но много и халявщиков было, конечно, они под шумок гребли неплохо, вот, видимо, марк и начал агриться. в принципе справедливо, но под раздачу попали и невиновные, жаль(
делегацию надумала брать?)
Посмотрим - может простят всех) Мне сейчас нужно определенную сумму подсобирать и купить кое-что, а потом думаю рискнуть и взять, просто ты побольше постов публиковала бы в день и сама себя лайкала) допустим - 5 постов, это уже около 7 долларов, ты же можешь просто картинки публиковать разные, фотки - я просто смотрю, что так многие делают, кто делегацию брал. Кстати, спасибо за твои апвоты)
