Germinated is fine! Everyone will understand. We call them bean sprouts because that is what is written on Chinese Takeaway menus. It means the same thing.

Maybe there are some in big cities but in Kerch there is none, there is a shop of Helthy food but therare only a special devices for sprout-making bot i didn't see ready ones anywhere. or maybe the trend is not so popular in Russia(

Yes, they are on sale in supermarkets and greengrocers. I haven't seen wheat sprouts anywhere.

in London sunflower seeds aren't popular?)

Not popular really. They are available but the popular snack with beer would be crisps or nuts. I eat nuts but I don't drink beer, not ever.
