We are clued to our phone for one reason, to find aliveness

Many people think we might lose a message, lose a piece of news, lose the newest game, or a lot of times, just to check whether they are there. We all seem to seek the feeling of aliveness.
Since the world of cell phones have conditioned us into needing to connected to that one thing which can almost prove we exist. We not only miss who we are. We miss who others are.
To feel alive a lot of times is to be one with whoever around you whether it's a task, a magnificent view, a dream to be realized. Yet we are distracted by what other have created on our phone devices.
I since suggest everyone of us try to manage when and how much we use our smart phones. Just like eating too much good food dulls our senses, having too much sex makes us dis sensitized.
My advice to my friends will be to limit the style how we use our phone, implementing temperance. If there is God, God wants us to feel him or her, to concentrate on not knowing in order to evoke that inner voice within which might bury what we truly need.
