Actually how can we say that what is health!

Health is a source of living a life for a human or animals or plants like for humans it is kind of different thing that it will be physical , mental.

If a person is no healthy we not only can explain that this person has no disease that is why we called him healthy but if the same person has a potential and he has a power to recover himself from the illness, and he has the ability to manage the problems mentally and physically and not get weak. So we can say this person is very healthy.

if a person is working day and night so that person is said to be healthy so he can be physical strong,For making him self physical strong he must work in a proper way and he can do exercise ,exercise can make him strong enough to fight for him , and the other way is to make a proper healthy good so he will be strong physically.

Explanation Of Mental Health:

He can be mentally good when he can spend time with fun and he can have a pleasuring life and he can be very nice to everyone and enjoy the life with the friends and he can be away from the unsafe stuff and not use unnecessary things.

Most of the time the mental health can be affected by the income source or small income of a person.Where and how the person live people around him and also how the person are enjoying the society.

If you think positive in every way of life you will be able to think about other people and by that way you will be able to make a good life and your mind will be more fresh and you will have to spend a joy full life!
