Enjoying the Summer time live report #4

After couple of days spent on the beach relaxing and enjoying the sea it was time to explore the old medieval town of Rovinj going there with the free bus.

Promenade gets quite crowded in the evening, tourist walking around the town searching for good restaurant and exploring the sights.

Many artists are selling their products along the promenade.

The day was coming to an end and the beautiful sunset behind the town gave me opportunity to take some more nice photos.

The square in the center of the town is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars and pastries. Street musicians are performing different kind of music so for sure you can find something you like and listen while eating and drinking.

The famous arch door is the entrance point to the old medieval town. The architecture is typically Istrian with tight streets made of stone. All leading to the top of the hill where the famous church is located.

Old town is full of souvenir shops and picturesque decorations.

It takes about five minutes walk uphill to arrive to the famous st. Euphemia Cathedral. From there you have a nice view over the bay and the town but unfortunately it was too late to take a panorama.
