Egg Fried Rice
ingredients:
- Rice(1 kg)
- Egg(2)
- water (4 cups/depends on rice boiling)
- Vegetables (carrots)
- Lettuce leaf
- Tomatos (for decoration)
- soy sauce
- salt (depend on taste)
9.Oil(depends)
process:
At first boil the rice with water around 65% . than take off rice from the water and let it be cool.Take another fry pan and leave it for becoming hot then put oil on it then agian heat that.After that put vegetables and eggs and fry that.You can add salt here as well.then put the boild rick into it then shake and mixed that around 6/7 minuts .finally it will be prepare for serving.for decoration i have used tomato and Lettuce leaf. :)
