Snakes! Can you identify this one?
I want to preface this post by saying, we do not enjoy killing snakes and typically only do so when they're being aggressive or creating danger for our family and livestock.
Typically what we have to deal with is very aggressive Cottonmouth:
But recently, we had one that had a white mouth, but didn't look the same as the Cottonmouth snakes we often have problems with. Here is a picture:

Does anyone recognize this snake? Do Cottonmouth look different as winter approaches (we usually only see them in the summer)?
