关于所谓的fom的“阴谋钱包”的问题，币安是不可能不知道的。
但是仍然给了alpha，说明币安认为不存在“阴谋论”。
那么这些钱包的行为就是普通的用户行为，虽然有点阴谋的感觉。
那么因为他们出货，就代表着派发完毕、价格触顶，这是说不通的。因为他们不是庄家。
