BANANO-CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
Council: decorate summer pastries with fresh berries.
You will need (12 pieces):
flour shenic - 130 g;
baking powder (baking powder) - 1 tsp;
salt - a pinch;
egg - 1 piece;
soda - ½ tsp;
sugar - 150 g;
bananas - 100 gr (very ripe);
milk - 100 ml;
Butter - 50 gr;
Chocolate - 100 gr. (1 tile, I take Babaevsky 75%);
berries - 1-5 per capkake.
Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, melt the butter, stir the banana with a fork and blend with the egg, milk and Melted butter. Mix with the mixer all the ingredients.
In silicone molds put a few berries of blueberries, pour the test to half the shape, because the dough will rise.
Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes.
Check the preparedness with a wooden toothpick.
Chocolate melt in a water bath and gently dip each capcake into the chocolate mass, decorate with berries blueberries, raspberries or strawberries.
