All of us now are surfing in the cyber. We do not use yact nor canoe. We do not use ship or snorkeling aids. We use internet that can connect us with other people worldwide. We are using Internet to connect us with someone who we do not know and even we never meet. But we are connected. It makes the world no border or border less. What we need is internet and communication devices such ad computers, laptop, or any gadgets which are compatible wiih internet. The use of internet and gadgets have made our life better and everything is easy and easier. We are even spoiled by all Indonesian and communication technology (ICT).

The big progress or development of ICT in the world has brought us to the new era. Most people say that we living in the digital era, where everything is digital bases. We then depend very much on the digital devices. The fact, when millions of people worldwide use gadgets, they can not be away from using gadgets. The life is nit perfect without gadgets.

Living in the digital era and having more millennial generation, everything is running and changing very fast. Every sector of life changes faster and faster. Therefore, so many commutation devices which were very important and useful in the past, but we have left them and do not use them anymore.

Shortly it brings a lot of implications such as the printed media such as newspapers, magazines and books, or other printing media. Since internet and online media exist and makes the distribution of information, pictures, and others, so many previous information media threatened and even collapsed.

In Indonesia, the existence of digital media has brought bad impacts toward printing media such magazines, newspapers, books etc. As we all know and witness that the digital media have changed the system and mechanisms of the media in sending the information and messages from information providers to the recipients or receivers. Previously, the time needed for sending the information was long and longer, but now, everything is faster and faster. Just one click, the information is grabed.

When we want to know or to read the newest information from internet, we can get it only in one click. While waiting the information fron the printing media need time which is not long. We can access any information shortly and faster. This is caused by the digital media provide all devices in one digital device. So when we use on gadget, we can enjoy more devices.

Digital media have caused people moving very fast, including the use of online media. Online media have moved and forced the printing media also move to online ones. If not, the printing media will die.

Now, believes it or not, the printing media such as newspapers, magazine and others, is getting more difficult to stand or keep published. One by one, the printing media stop opening or publishing it in printed one. Step by step the printing media are approaching to the end, and its function is changed by internet and the used of gadgets

May be you will ask why? Lets do survey and identify the factors that make the printing media collapse. One of the answer is everything has changed and the printing media should adapt the changing.
