Day 2 The word LOT

Continue to remind ourselves we are capable, effective, and efficient each and every day. The word LOT.

Lack = The Lord is our Shepherd and we lack nothing, according to Psalms. As a matter of fact, He said that He makes us lie down in green pastures (relaxed), He leads us beside quiet waters (calmness), He refreshes (renew) our souls. He guides us along the paths of righteousness (order and peace) for His namesake. This verse is so powerful that everything He does for us is for His namesake. The reputation of God and the reputation of His citizens (sons and daughters of God), is attached to His Name. When He said in Matthew to take no thought of what we need, but seek first the kingdom (government headquarters) and His righteousness (aligned with Jesus), then everything we need on earth will be added to us. So, we insult God when we worry about what we eat, drink, what we will wear, how we are going to pay our rent, and other expenses. God knows. Make sure we have forgiven all and we love people, to keep the heaven (heavenly headquarters) open for us, and not to shut it with hating people or not forgiving them. Have you ever thought why Jesus never preached prosperity? We are wealthy and rich where we come from, but not where we live. Jesus owns the earth and everything in it. He is Lord (owner), and He can put it in people’s heart to give to whatever you need. Like when Jesus told the disciples, to untie and bring the colt to Him. If he asks why, then He said, “tell him the Lord (owner) needs it.” The world and everything in it is His. Don’t worry! Just believe in God! We are in good hands with God. Bless Him!

Omni-present = God (Holy Spirit) is present everywhere at the same time. The devil can only be at one place at a time. Since the devil capitalizes on people’s ignorance, it depends on if they are teaching and spreading the knowledge of religion or the kingdom. If you are into religion and rituals, then the devil has no problem with you. If you are spreading the good news of the kingdom (new government) of God and His righteousness (order), then be ready for the devil and his demons to harass (bother or exhaust) or persecute (clash of two ideas) you. Remember, the devil came to steal (your peace and joy), kill (stop you) and destroy (tear down your name). Jesus came to give life (eternal), and to have an abundant life (to rise above or go beyond the normal limits of natural and spiritual life) forever (no end). The good news is that God will never leave you nor forsake you. God is eternal and His love is eternal. He can only receive eternal love, which is from us because we are spiritual being thats eternal. The trees and the plant sways, claps and praises Him. The water in the ocean rose and roared to give shouts of praise, but cannot give God eternal love. It has to come from an eternal being. So, when we love God, He is pleased and He can’t help Himself, but to give us the desires of our hearts. It’s like giving to Himself. Jesus is with you, wherever you go!

Tailor = According to Matthew, we are the salt of the world. We are to bring flavor and bring seasoning into the world. Salt is really interesting because they come in different types or states (forms). For example, all salt has processing methods, types like crystalline, coarse or fine, and locations of origin. Sea salt (coarse) is distilled (pure) from the ocean. It has natural minerals with no additives. The flavor is strong and it has an interesting flavor. Celtic salt (the waters of the Celtic Sea marshes in Brittany, France) flavor is mellow with a salty, yet slightly sweet taste. Kosher salt is perfect for curing meat. It has a brighter flavor and the flavor dissolves quickly, less salty; not only Jewish likes it, but professional and gourmet cooks use it. And Rock salt is less refined, chunky crystal salt, and mostly used for cooking method like for ice-cream machine or for crust. It’s not edible, but it’s for flavoring mix. Just like the salt is tailored depending on the need, we are to tailor ourselves to the people around us, according to their needs. We are all different (class in talents) and the states (forms or types) that we are in depending on our background, culture and experiences, we can use it to gain an advantage on how we can bring people to their seasons, in time. Let’s bring flavor and for the betterment of people, to give them an idea or concept on how we can leave a memorable and unforgettable taste. We know that time without a purpose is life without meaning. So, when it’s our time, there’s a season that we flourished in to fulfill our purpose in time. We are here to bring the best in others, not to tear them down and leave a bad taste in their mouth. Today, make an effort to bring flavors around you!
