When Do I Need to Quit Smoking Prematurely?

in #health3 years ago

Many smokers who decide to quit, or try to quit, often face disappointments along the way. Some of them may be able to get over these early on, while others may need longer to get over them. For those who experience the latter, they might even find that quitting is not all that easy. Why do smokers have such a hard time quitting, you may ask? Well, many factors can contribute to this, and some of them are the same for most smokers.

The biggest factor that leads to smokers having a hard time quitting is the nicotine addiction. Even though many claim that they have tried to quit, and still cannot quit, many claim that the nicotine addiction is what is making them want to smoke constantly. In fact, nicotine is very addicting, especially for smokers who start using it in adolescence. Some teenagers even claim that nicotine makes them feel happy and cheerful.

This nicotine addiction also makes them want to quit prematurely, as they feel that their bodies need the nicotine to be happy and healthy. One of the reasons why many smokers have a hard time quitting is because they still rely on cigarettes to bring them peace and calm down after a long day's work. Even after years of trying to quit, they find that they still need cigarettes for relaxation and it is only when they stop using them that they feel better.

Another factor that makes people quit prematurely is because they smoke in a social setting. When a smoker stops smoking, they no longer associate themselves with the social scene. They feel that they have already been exposed to the smoke in pipes, and bars, which are often heavily smoke-filled. They therefore quit smoking, thinking that they have already wasted their time. If they are really serious about stopping, they should at least minimize their exposure to smoke in order to maximize their chances of quitting successfully.

One of the biggest reasons why smokers quit prematurely is because they do not recognize the negative effects of smoking. Smokers who quit prematurely often feel different from those who haven't quit. Smokers who quit prematurely are more irritable and impatient compared to those who haven't quit. They are also more disinterested in other things that smokers normally look forward to doing. These smokers' personalities may even change, and they will appear grumpy and depressed because they haven't managed to quit yet.

It is important to understand that quitting the use of cigarettes can take a long period of time. It does not happen overnight, and it doesn't happen without setbacks and disappointments. When smokers quit, they face disappointment because they have spent a lot of their lives smoking. It can take up to six months or even a year before they get used to being free of cigarettes. When smokers quit prematurely, they don't have time to get used to not smoking. Most smokers who have quit prematurely face nicotine withdrawal symptoms that are difficult to deal with.

It is important to know that nicotine is an addictive substance, just like any other drug. Nicotine is present in smoke and in many other products that smokers use. Quitting smokers' cigarettes is a big challenge because smokers need to change their lifestyle drastically. They have to stop smoking instantly in order to quit smoking prematurely. It is not easy, especially when smokers are expecting to instantly stop using cigarettes.

Smokers who quit prematurely face lots of problems when they decide to stop. They have to deal with withdrawal symptoms when they try to quit. They have to learn new ways to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression that they usually experience when they smoke. It can take them quite some time to totally quit. When smokers encounter these kinds of issues, it is wise to quit smoking as quickly as possible, before they put their health and the health of their families at stake.
