If you can only have one, make sure that it is dark, but not too dark. Some people like orange juice or watermelon, but if you are not used to eating these kinds of fruits, make sure that you read labels and make sure that you do not eat too much or too many calories from fruit.

As lunch moves along, you can try other healthy snacks. Be creative and make yourself a nice salad that is made with a variety of different fruits and vegetables. And always, never forget to eat something sweet after lunch.
