Girls with Guns... OR... Ever wanted to just shoot your phone?

Ever had a moment (or several) when you look at your phone and say ... "I hate you so much right now"? For a billion reasons ... You're old... Check. Your battery won't charge ... Check. The charger is now wrapped like Japanese bondage in order to stay connected... Check. The screen is so cracked if you put it in your back pocket, you can hear the crackling of glass when you bend down... Check. Random reboots, freezing ... Stop me if you've heard this one. So many times I said to @gypsydanger,

"I'm soooo gonna use this bitch for skeet one day."

Now, not too long ago, I was a lady that had never shot, or even held a firearm in my life (which, those that know me find rather odd, since my past includes my father being a Hell's Angel). When Gypsydanger and I started our journey together, he began to show me a forgotten right... The Right to Bear Arms.

Soon into our Boondocking at Dome Rock, deep in the Arizona Desert, he took me shooting. It started with that pistol. He set the targets 25 ft away... Proceeded to show me how to hold it, and with that crazy grin of his, held back by the cig between his lips, he said,

"Now aim and shoot."

Now, by this time, I don't remember whether or not I hit the target, but it became clear that I had to do THIS again. With fire in my grin, and giggling like a mad woman, I turned and said,

"Holy Hell, that was awesome!!! Can I do it again?"

So, I emptied the pistol on a few cans, an old rusty oil can and a few old logs. How come no one told me this was so much fun?

Anyway, fast forward to our Rocky Mountain camping spot, and with my new phone in hand one day, he says to me,

"Ready to shoot ol' BLU today?" (Brand of phone... Blu Studio)

"Omg, YES!" I squealed.

So, out we embarked, with AR in hand, Russian steel rounds... Ready to shoot this putrescent piece of technotrash.

He set up the camera to film this cellphone snuff film... "to show future phones how to behave" lmao.

I giggled so hard my stomach ached... which you can clearly hear at the end of the video lol...And I'd do it again too!

Since then I've confidently decided that my first gun will be a .22 rifle. Various reasons... And have been actively searching for the perfect fit since.

As for my new phone? She behaves like a good girl should... After having to download that video 😎.
