Popular social network Facebook is now adding to search partner options, dating services. The company's chief executive, Mark Zuckerberg, announced the launch of this new service at Facebook's annual Developer Conference in California. He promised to not violate the privacy again.

Facebook authority said, "To take this dating service, a lot of personal information will be shared and it will be launched very soon. Users can send messages to each other there.”

The Chief Executive of the Facebook said, 2018 going to be a special year. Among the new services introduced for users this year, there is also a dating service to find companions.

He also said, "There are 200 million users on Facebook, who have said themselves without singles or partners. Now if we can create a meaningful relationship for them, it will be meaningful for all. '

I don't think that would be a good move!

Of course! If they can successfully it....

It will be interesting to see how they compete with other huge dating sites like pof and tinder.

Yes! Time will say about their service...!

It would seem that they are trying to be all things to all people. I wonder when enough will be enough?

Facebook is already being used as a dating service by many - including unsolicited messages from people regardless of your relationship status. (The only way I can avoid it is to not use a real picture of myself in the profiel.)

Considering that Facebook has had some problems managing personal data, I think this is an unwise move at this time. Zuckerberg needs to work on rebuilding the trust that has been lost this year first... THEN he can talk about adding a real dating service to the platform.

It feels like he is scrambling to regain ground lost this year - but in a "get rich quick" fashion rather than working harder to fix what was broken.
