Utopian quality slider bug

Expected behavior

While reviewing a contribution from a user I set the quality slider to certain percentage and I started reviewing another contribution from the same user and the questionnaire was filled with the same answers and slider value information I provided on the previous review.
So clicking on submit without changing the answers and slider should have worked and I should have been able to submit my review.

Actual behavior

When I clicked on submit, it asked me to set the slider value which was already set before.
I clicked on the same percentage on the slider and tried to submit but a pop up message displayed asking to set the slider value.

I changed the my slider percentage and then set it to the value on which I was trying to submit before and was successful this time.

How to reproduce

  • Review one contribution from a user and fill the questionnaire and set the slider.
  • Review another contribution from the same user and try to submit it on the preset values.
  • You won't be able to do that.
  • Browser: Google Chrome for Android (latest version)
  • Operating system: Android 6.0.1

      Clicking on quality slider again with the same percentage set should work I guess.
      Am I missing something?

        Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

        After discussing this with the lead utopian developer it has been confirmed that this is not a bug.

            Thank you for the contribution. It has been approved.

            As this particular contribution has now been reopened on GitHub and after consultation with @knowledges this particular contribution can now be accepted and deemed as a valid bug. Thanks again for your contribution.
