Outdoor Activities are healthy for children
Outdoor Sports and activities are important for the healthy life of your children. But in cities outdoor sports activities become limited now a days. After School Studies and Tuition Children spent most of their time to watch cartoons on TV, playing games on mobile or computer. Furthermore parks and outdoor sports grounds are also limited. Local Govt. should also focus on parks and sports ground facilities for children.
Today I visited park with my children. Where they played foot ball.
I also enjoyed a lot. After playing football, children went to slides. Children were very happy and enjoyed slides.
Everyone should spare time for their children to get them outside for sports and outdoor activites.
