Introduction

It is important to no what the bladder is before proceeding to cancer of the bladder. The bladder is a very important organ in the human body,the bladder functions as a store,it collects urine from the kidney and keeps it until its passed out the bladder can simply be said as where urine is stopped before its passed out through urination

Cancers are abnormal cells that grows in any part of the body,it can also be said to be a tumour.Most people are familiar with the cancer of the breast, cancer of the prostrate,but people are not really familiar with cancer of the bladder.

Bladder cancer as the name implies affect the bladder,no one needs to be told that it is a very serious medical issue,it is estimated that over 1 million people are diagnosed of cancer of the bladder,cancer of the bladder can leads to death,if one is not careful,he can easily be diagnosed of cancer.Bladded cancer offen occur in various stages,just like urinary tract infections is dectected easily,bladder cancer can also be dectected easily and that gives the affected person high chance of survival.

As its said that the actual cause of cancer is unknow,but there are some things that are said to trigger one having cancer of different areas of the body,cancer does not have a care but can be managed.

Factors that trigger one having cancer of the bladder.

1. Low water intake- the importance of water cannot be overemphasized,low water intake is very hazadrous to the health as it drastically affect the health,low water intake is a big cause of cancer of the bladder.

2. Too much smoking- smoking does not only affect the lungs,but also the blader

3. Putting device on the laps- its no longer knew that device emit dangerous chemicals rays that are very dangenrous,so putting device like phone,laptop on your laps can cause cancer

4. Urinary tract infections- This is mostly common in women,that is why women have to be extraordinary clean especially when on their period,if you are having these infections regularly,it might lead to cancer of the bladder,men may might UTI too,but its very rare

5. If there is a history of cancer a family,if care is not taken,it can be transfered

6. Sometimes just for unknow cause an individual might be diagnosed of it.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF BLADDER CANCER

1. Difficulty in urination
2. Pain in the lower abdomen
3. Blood in urine
4. Urinating frequently
5. Back pain

Sometimes having one or more of this symptoms does not mean a person has cancer,sometimes it can just be an infection,when experencing any symptoms,the best thing is to see the doctor

Treatment

Treatment depends on the stage of the cancer and how bad it is,mostly surgeries are usually done,but cancer is such that if care is not properly taken,it grows back,chemotherapy can also be done.

PREVENTION OF BLADDER CANCER

1. Increase water intake
2. Eat well
3. Eat alot of vegetables than junks
4. Always treat Urinary tract infection (UTI) promptly
