Biscuit cake Recipe Step by Step - Delicious!

 This recipe is very nice for everyone who wants to make a tasty cake! Enjoy!

Ingredients

Biscuit:

4 eggs (separated)
120g sugar
120 g flour (sifted)

For suction:

100 g sugar
110 ml of hot water
1 tbsp brandy
Charlotte Cream:

125 g sugar
1 egg
80 ml of hot milk
150 g butter
1 tbsp brandy
1 pack of vanilla sugar 

 Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 200 ° C and grease a 20 x 20 cm cake shape coated with baking paper.
  2.  Egg yolks are slaughtered with 80 grams of sugar.
  3.  The egg whites, together with the remaining sugar content, are slaughtered using an electric fuser. Then mix thoroughly with egg yolks.
  4.  Gradually add the flour by stirring from the bottom up, from the edges to the center.
  5.  Place the dough in a pre-made cake and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6.  When the biscuit is ready, without removing it from the stove, cool it.
  7.  It's best to start Biscuit after 8 to 10 hours.
     
  8. Absorption Syrup: Refill the sugar with hot water and bring to a boil.
     
  9. Then cool and add the brandy.
     
  10. Cream: In a small pot, mix sugar and eggs, then add milk and mix thoroughly. Make the kettle hot when stirring continuously.
     
  11. Heat for about 5 minutes and then cool to room temperature.
  12.  Add the butter with an electric butter, gradually adding chilled milk, vanilla sugar and brandy.
  13.  The cooled biscuit is cut horizontally in 2 layers and each is covered with the intended syrup.
  14.  Each biscuit is peeled with cream, as well as the cake surface and edges.
  15.  Decorate with roasted peanuts or your own taste.
