uzun zamandır günlük yazmamıştım. bu hafta benim için zor geçti. uykusuzuluk stres , yoğunluk bir türlü yakamı bırakmıyor. Sabah çocukların ağlamasıyla beraber uyandık. zaten uyuyabildiğimi söyleyemem. kahvaltı hazırladım. çocuklara zorla yemek yedirmeye çalışmaktan kahvaltı yapabildiğimi sanmıyorum. hayat bazen monoton ve sıkıcı geçerken kaçırdığımız çok şey oluyor. özellikle evdeysen böyle. steemit=bilgisayar , çocuklar , ev temizlik , yemek vs.. işte böyle geçiyor. kahvaltıdan sonra evin işlerini hallettim. ve dışarıda işlerm vardı. havada çok güzeldi. biraz yürümek istedim.

gözlerim dışarı çıkınca çok sulanıyor ve yürürken önümü göremiyorum. gözlük kullanmama rağmen neden bu oluyor sebebini bulamadım. sanırım tekrar doktora gitmem gerek.

işimi hallettikten sonra lokmacı gördüm. ilk defa lokma yedim. yani belki uzun süredir yemedim hatırlamıyorum. çıtır ve tazeydi çok hoşuma gitti.

yürüyüşten sonra eve geldim. bugünün özel bir tarihi varmış. 22.02.2022 bu sayı tersten de okununca aynı sayıları verdiği için bugüün özel frekansı varmış. bugün ağzımızdan çıkacak her cümleye dikkat etmek lazımmış. niyetleri kağıda yazmak lazımmış. ve 22,22 de sesli niyetlerle güzel enerji göndermemiz gerekiyormuş. bugüne ait esmaları çektim. bu saatte niyet ve dua edeceğim.

çocuklar zorla puzzle oynamak istedi. bende kırmak istemedim. ve saatlerce yapmaya çalıştık. kızımın yapmasını istediğim için uzun süre beklemek zorunda kaldım. aslında puzzle sevdiğimi farkettim. onlardan çok ben eğlendim sanırım. kısa süreliğinede olsa problemleri unuttum :)

Daha sonra topluluklardaki görevlerimi yaptım. tabloları düzenledim. akşam yemeği yedik. yemekten sonra çay vs vakit geçti. bu saatten sonra ibadete ayıracağım.

I haven't written a diary in a long time. This week has been tough for me. Insomnia, stress, intensity never leave me. We woke up in the morning with the crying of children. I can't say that I'm already asleep. I prepared breakfast. I don't think I can make breakfast because of trying to force-feed the kids. While life is sometimes monotonous and boring, there are many things we miss. especially if you are at home. steemit=computer, children, house cleaning, food etc.. that's how it goes. After breakfast, I did the housework. And I had business outside. It was beautiful in the air. I wanted to walk a little.

My eyes water a lot when I go out and I can't see in front of me when I walk. Even though I wear glasses, I couldn't find the reason why this is happening. I think I need to go to the doctor again.

After I finished my business, I saw the bite. I ate a bite for the first time. So maybe I haven't eaten in a long time, I don't remember. It was crispy and fresh, I liked it very much.

I came home after the walk. Today has a special date. 22.02.2022, since this number gives the same numbers when read backwards, it has a special frequency today. The children wanted to play puzzles by force. I didn't want to break it either. And we tried to do it for hours. I had to wait a long time as I wanted my daughter to do it. I realized that I actually like puzzles. I think I had more fun with them. I forgot the problems for a short time :)

Then I did my duties in the communities. I edited the tables. We had dinner. After the meal, tea etc. time passed. I will devote this time to prayer.
