Learning About The Incredible Edible Chickweed
Did you know that there are tons of wonderful weeds growing right in your back yard that you can eat and possibly even use as medicine? One such "weed" is Stellaria media or the common chickweed. If you know what you're looking for, this tasty and abundant wild edible is easy to distinguish from its few toxic look alikes making it a perfect target for beginning wild foragers.
