Happy Raksha Bandhan to my all steemit friends,
Raksha Bandhan or simply called Rakhi is celebrated in many parts of India and Nepal.Rakshabandhan means bond of protection. The festival celebrates the love between brothers and sisters. On Rakshabandhan a sister ties a rakhi on her brother's wrist with a prayer for his prosperity and happiness. This symbolizes the sister's love. The brother gives her a token gift and a promise to protect her.
