九节虾的聚会 |shabu shabu shrimp

在莆田的一家餐厅里吃火锅。他们有道菜是九节虾。食客自己把虾涮到锅里就可以按自己的口味调味。有点像刷羊肉的感觉。九节虾个头不大，可是味道却很鲜美。九节虾一般产在南方。它的肉质紧实鲜美 我而且还很有气节。如果被抓离水它会吐出分泌物让自己自杀生亡。所以要保存好得费点功夫。必须不停换水。

There is a shabu shabu restaurant in Putian, they skewer each shrimp onto a bamboo stick. It’s easy for consumers to hold it when they do hot pot themselves. The shrimp is mostly found in southern part of China. It’s not big but the meat is very tender and delicious. And also the shrimp is special. They usually will commit suicide when they left water. It’s not easy to keep them alive if you don’t change water constantly to prevent them from committing suicide.
