Interested in spicy crawfish|辣椒爆炒小龙虾

How are you today? Do you care for spicy crawfish? If you are a fan of spice and crawfish, here’s a perfect dish for you. Here’s recipe from my sister in law.
Ingredient:
原料:
Crawfish, scallion, ginger, garlic, spices, bean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, chilli pepper
小龙虾,葱,姜,蒜,十三香,豆瓣酱,生抽,老抽,白砂糖,辣椒

Wash crawfish thoroughly, trim the small craws off and take out the black line on the back. If you don’t want to keep the head, you may snap head off directly and take out the gills.
洗净小龙虾,剪掉小脚,去掉虾线(尾部中间一片拽住扯掉,就会带掉虾线)。如果头不想吃就直接头也去掉。把头去掉后,再去掉两边的腮。
Pour cooking oil into pan and heat it up, you may put quite a bit of the oil, then put into gingers and chilli pepper.
起油锅,稍多点油,倒入生姜,辣椒爆香
Put crawfish into the pan.
倒入小龙虾翻炒
When color of the crawfish turns to red, put bean paste into it and stir them before adding water into it.
翻炒到小龙虾变红后放入豆瓣酱,再翻炒几下后放水。
Add spices
放十三香
Stir evenly, when it’s boiled, add slight and dark soy sauce and sugar, then cover the lid and cook it for about 15 mins.
料拌匀,水开后放入生抽,老抽,白砂糖,盖上锅盖后煮15 分钟左右
Add scallion and garlics into it, stir them up, taste the flavor, and we are done.
放入蒜,葱,后尝下汤汁,味道合口,翻炒均匀后起锅
