Drumlin farm | 牧场一游

At Drumlin Farm, you can experience life on a working farm and explore a wildlife sanctuary at the same time. Watch the pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, and cows in the farmyard; see how crops are sustainably grown; walk the trails explore field, forest, and wetland habitat; and observe resident owls, hawks, a fisher, and a fox in the native wildlife exhibit.

在Drumlin 牧场，你会经历不一样的牧场生活并近距离接触和了解那里的动物们。那里有可爱的猪，羊，鸡，牛等；你也可以了解那里的庄稼是如何成长的；在幽静的林中小道中漫步， 观察那里的动植物们，猫头鹰，秃鹫，食鱼貂，狐狸等，了解他们的生活习惯等。

Most of the animals in here are rescued. Some are here for exhibit, some are for treatment and will eventually be released back to where they belong. The farm has 206 acres and has many trails. It’s a very good place for family bond, and kids to learn about animals and nature.
大多数这里的动物是被拯救的。一些留着让人参观，一些在这里疗伤，不久以后将被重新放回属于它们的大自然。这家农场有206 英亩并有很多走路的小径。是个增进家庭感情的好地方，也是孩子们学习动物和大自然的好地方。

We brought my mom with us to this farm on one weekend. Even though she came from a small village in China and has seen a lot animal before, she was very happy to see something a little bit different here in US.
我们带着母亲来到这家农场。母亲从老家农村来，之前也见过很多不同的动物，但是看到美国这样不同的农场还是比较开心的。

Look at this goat family, only the small black goat gets its own spot and enjoys the special grass. These goats are for shearing too. I guess maybe because their hair is so thick, they breathe really heavily.
看看这些羊一家，只有这只黑色的小羊羔有自己单独的窝并可以直接在窝里享受嫩草。这些羊也用于剪羊毛，估计是因为身上厚厚的羊毛，所以他们呼吸非常重。

People on the trailer, if you want to experience what it feels like, you can simply hop on the trailer. This is very popular at many farms esp. the season when you want to pick fruits.
在拖车上的人们。如果你想要体验一下，只要爬上拖车就可以。这种拖车在很多农场，特别是果场都非常常见。

We also went to a chicken house where they have many different type of chickens. Some chickens are losing feathers for fights. It’s pretty funny.
我们也去了鸡屋，那里有很多不同种类的鸡。一些鸡非常好斗，相互之间把毛都哚下了。 身上光秃秃的很好笑。

Cows and a carriage that you can try to lift and see if you are stronger than a pony.

There is a red fox, but unfortunately, we didn’t get chance to take a good photo of it as it was napping. Only can see tail of it from far.
那里有只红狐狸，可惜它在睡觉，我们只拍到它的尾巴。

And again, there are many trails that you can take a walk after seeing all the animals if you want. People can also camp there in the summer time. It’s convenient and very informative, bring your family with you next time you come visit.
在和动物们的精彩聚会后，你可以选择去林中小道走走。夏天的时候，人们还可以在那里露营。非常方便。下次来的时候，记着带上你的家人。
