Chicken recipes recipe and how to make chicken catch typical Aceh Rayeuk.

Ingredients :

1 chicken, suggested chicken
1 liter of cooking oil
8 stalks greetings koja (temurui)
4 pieces of pandan leaves, coarse slices
1 cup of boiled water
2 or 3 pieces of green chili
Seasonings for Chicken Catch:

3 cloves of garlic to be chopped, and 3 cloves again to be mashed
3 pieces of red onion
5 pieces of chili pepper
1 segment turmeric of thumb (2 cm)
1 segment of ginger of thumb (2 cm)
1 tsp salt
water acid tamarind, to taste

How to make chicken caught typical Aceh: • Cut chicken into 24-30 pieces, according to taste but try small, then wash. If necessary, knead with lime juice.
• Blend all the spices on top, then mix with 200 ml boiled water.
• Put small pieces of chicken into spices, and soak for 10-15 minutes.
• Heat the oil in a large skillet until it is completely boiling.
• Then fry the chicken until browned.
• All pieces of chicken must be submerged in oil and do not get too coincident with each other.
• For best results, use a large frying pan, with 2 liters of cooking oil. Do not fry at once, but little by little. (Remember: the success of this simple dish is very dependent on the technique of frying).
• Until the chicken looks cooked, put onion slices, koja leaves, pandan leaves, and green chilli. Keep frying for about three minutes.
• Remove, drain, and immediately serve hot.
Chicken catch is ready to enjoy together with warm white rice.
