Quick Trail Breakfast.
Lazy Oatmeal...
Easiest breakfast out in the woods. Before hitting the trail I pre-mix 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp ground flax seeds and touch of cinnamon in zip-lock bag. I then add boiling water stir and let it sit while I make my coffee, super quick. Tastes great and has some extra Omega 3s.

With a few nuts or half a boiled egg for protein it could be even better! ;-D

Yeah yeah, I did say quick and lazy. 😎 Now that you mention it, I wonder if could semi cook a raw egg in there as well?
