Should this be banned...? [New Survival Tool]
What do you think of this new survival tool?
I can see that there are many uses for it and the video here explains a few of them. But I'd love to get your feedback on this one.

BANNED in certain parts of New Jersey!
BANNED in certain towns in Maryland!
RESTRICTED use in parts of Missouri!
RESTRICTED use in parts of Wisconsin!
Perhaps they'll ban it in your state next? Should it be illegal?

The only thing accomplished by banning a tool is to demonstrate the tyrannical intent of the servants of We the People. Anyone can buy one of these of lesser power and modify it with a soldering iron to create the same power. I have seen many videos on youtub showing how.
If We the People want to keep our freedoms, or cease to have them violated, We would ban the state, not a laser pointer.
Survival... how? apart from making fire I don't see...
Throw it on a deer to knock him out ? :)
