Helpful to remember is somewhat distraught: research
The distraction of the extent can be helpful in remembering as much as you can about any event. This claim has been made in a research.
This research was done on 80 students of undergraduate level. It was found that when distraction or anxiety goes up and changes in fear, then people also begin to consider the normal factors associated with any experience as negative.
Professor Mayra Fernandes at Waterloo University in Canada said that such people who have a lot of distraction need to be cautious. He further said that if the distraction is to a limit, then it is good for your memory.
