LE GROUYERE VIDA NATURAL
Dicen que es uno de los pueblos mas lindo de Suiza, donde preparan el famoso queso Grouyere, totalmente artesanal, y, además sus habitantes están totalmente integrados a la vida agropecuaria, la cual es fundamental para el sostèn de esa población. No hay nada comparable, como comer un pedazo de pan con un trozo de ese queso, sin menospreciar su éxelente gastronomía, como lo es el fondue, el cual es un plato muy sencillo : Queso fundido servido en una cacerola de metal que se come con pedazos de pan pinchado en un tenedor. Esta es una de los tantos tipos de fondue que existen.

They say that it is one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, where they prepare the famous Grouyere cheese, totally handmade, and, in addition, its inhabitants are fully integrated into agricultural life, which is fundamental for the support of that population. There is nothing comparable, like eating a piece of bread with a piece of that cheese, without underestimating its excellent cuisine, as is the fondue, which is a very simple dish: melted cheese served in a metal saucepan that is eaten with Pieces of bread pricked on a fork. This is one of the many fondue types that exist.
