I'm back!! With No Filter And No Make-Up - Just Doing What I love Most In This World 🐬 [GoPro Steepshot From The Water 📸]
The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever. - Jacques Yves Cousteau
It's been too long that I've been held in that net actually. It's been an eternity since I smelled that salty breeze, felt the water's drops on my skin and heard the waves breaking at my back for the last time.
Yet, it was not long enough to make me forget that this is the place in the world I love being at most.
After four months of illness today I'm finally back surfing - what an incredibly overwhelming moment!
@surfermarly not really believing her eyes :-)
It's been the best day in 2018 so far!
Even though the Atlantic Ocean was quite rough, the wind was blowing extremely fast from the North and the water's temperature made my body shake, it was insanely good!
Now everything makes sense again :-)
Remember: We need to follow our passions; everything else is quite unimportant.
Big hugs and much love from the salty sea,
Marly

Wow Marly, isn't it fun 😀

Ha, I wish it was like that :-D
Not sure if I'll ever manage to get barrelled in this life..
Wow awesome photography
YAY!!!!
The mermaid is no longer out of water!!!
🧜♀️
Hahaha, mermaids don't like to be onshore :-D
Crypto-mermaids do occasionally. But they always return to the sea 🌊. (Only the rarest appear with a go-pro equipped surfboard ).
Hahaha, I've never seen one of these...🤔🙄😅
Well...
If you are ever out on the water when suddenly, the wind dies down and the waves get too small, take a minute to sit calmly on your board.
You will start thinking that your surf session for the day is over.
But, instead of paddling back to the beach, stop and listen. You should hear nothing more than nature itself. The surface of the water will turn to glass.
If this ever happens to you, lean over and look into the water.
If you are really lucky and the conditions are just right, you will see a beautiful, active and vibrant crypto-mermaid looking back at you.
You will know it’s her because you will see the magic in her eyes!

Hi Marly, good to have you in the water again! And best of it; It seems you had fun as well, and Im happy you are able to catch some waves. Up to many many more lovely days on the water !!
Thank youuuuu! I had a blast :-)
It's veeery windy currently, so the good days of summer are still to come.
The most important thing is to live passionate life. The problem many people have is that they do not know what they want. Glad to see you surfing again.
Well usually it takes a couple of years of life experience to find that out. Some come to know it faster than others :-)
beautiful you 😍 you are so stunning, you really don't need any makeup or filter...
after months of illness? what happened to you girl?
Well I had problems with the respiratory system, supposedly it was a bacterium that had attacked my lungs. But now I'm fully recovered and ready to rock again :-)
Thanks for your compliment by the way!
oh I'm so sorry, btw congratulations for the recovery, stay fit, stay healthy 😊
THANXX :-)
After four months of illness today I'm finally back surfing
What were you suffering from? , hope you have recovered to fullest, I have never done surfing, I think its a best way to relax mind and soul, and when you do it after a long time, it seems more interesting.
I was facing some breathing issues, but now I'm fully recovered!
Surfing is very exhausting from a physical point of view but very relaxing from a mental perspective - that's what I like most about it actually :-)
It really seems full of fun
surfing releases stress 🏄.......
Indeeeed! :-)
stay healthy
You are blessed to do what you truly love and the water is spiritual and therapeutic. Thanks for sharing this moment with us.
Thank YOU for stopping by though :-)
Wow that's Beautiful Photography, I like it, keep it up.Thanks
Congrats, it truly is an amazing feeling to get back into the ocean after some time. I felt the same after recovering from either injury or illness. Not recommended but sometimes I go against doctors orders haha
Oh I was actually happy to have a doctor giving me recommendations, because otherwise I wouldn't have recovered that quickly. When I started to feel ill (back in December already) I thought I could manage it by myself - and that was the reason I had to suffer for so long then. The next time I'll definitely ask for an appropriate treatment much earlier :-)
