Americas: Bosch releases rotary machine at show

Bose Packaging Technology will launch the next generation OsGood RFS-series rotating machine on September 25, in Pack Expo Las Vegas 2017.

The machine is hygienically filling, seal and cap milk and premade cup in the food product.

Four Lane RFS-4001 fills the cup at a speed of up to 160 cups per minute (9,600 cups per hour) per minute.

Available in both clean and ultra-clean executions, the machine can fill various types of dairies and other food products in different pack styles - for example, round or square cups, trays and heat seals using pre-die cut foil or roll stock. Film plus overcap

RFS-4001 Fillers has a synchronous pump design, which provides high filling accuracy and easy interchangeability between the machines.

Four basic dosage parts make changes in almost all dosage policies and applications quickly and easily.

Upgraded servo motors enable switching between less than 15 minutes, allowing quick and easy adjustment of the set-up.

For easy integration of existing production lines, the filler can use three different machine controls (basin rexroth, rockwell or siemens).

Osgood RFS manages managers automatically through each production step for easy operation and report functions which can be equipped with the latest Human Machine Interface 4.0.
