World's first robotic farm live in the U.K.

robot.jpg

The first robotic farm in the world, based in the U.K. gave an output of five tonnes of barley. Everything from sowing to harvesting was automated.

Scientists combined machines and software to control the operations without human intervention. The robot managed tools moved on their own and did their jobs.

The procedure leads to higher production, which can help humanity avert a shortage of food grains in the future

Hi, hi that is the future... :)

Yes, yes, yes. :)

I hope in the future the priority will be sustainability. I'm all in for the robotization of any non-creative agricultural activity. It's the monocropping that's a problem.

Absolutely! Possibly there will be less hunger in the world after robots. :)

It all depends on the application of the technology! :)
