Hiking in canyons and caves 👽👽!

Dear Steem Believers,

I wish I was hiking right now. That is how much I miss it recently. This period of the year always makes me think of the beautiful colors of fall, forests and rivers.

However, recently I am stuck in fixing my new apartment and two job contracts. So, saying lately has been crazy crowded it is not enough. But, I am enjoying the busy schedule anyways. Makes me more productive.

Few months ago, I signed up for a tour hike and it came out other 30 people had enrolled for the same trip. We started the track at around 9 a.m. 15 minutes of walking and the guide stopped us to practice some morning stretching exercises. The man new better, as the track became very steep towards the end of the day.

Here we are, preparing for the stretching.

The first part of the track consisted of some very rural areas close to the capital. It is very sad to see the poverty people are living in even though they are only 30 min far away from the capital.

As you see, this spot was pretty panoramic as it was high on the mountain we were hiking in. Apparently it was used by the guides as a spot for the break. You should have seen all the selfie sticks...

Right as we did half of the route, a cave appeared in front of us :) It is called "The cave of the pigeons". It is believed to be one of the habitats f our ancestors dating back to 10, 000 years. The known part of the cave goes up to 80m deep. We entered as much as we could, but at some point it started getting very muddy, so most of the group returned at the entrance
