*****Begin Your Day With A Golden Sunrise*****

The Sun wakes us up with a happy face for us every day with its immense power.

I woke up this morning at 6:00 AM, meditated, and feel relaxed and full of new energy.

The Palm trees dancing and the birds singing happily when the earth wakes up every morning!

A new day dawns, full of dreams and hope!

Go deep into introspective meditation every morning, even if is for only 15 minutes.

Dedicate time to yourself to connect with the power of the Sun and nature.

Dedicate a morning to renew your spirit, get plenty of rest and then wake up early, eat your favorite fruits, drink green tea in the morning and herbal teas at night, until this healthy routine become a healthy and happy habit in your daily life. Remember the ice, organic raw honey and organic fresh lemons! Always use purified or distilled water, for your ice too!

Start your week early on Sunday, organize all your goals and dreams in a motivated and relaxing mood for a fresh new start to your week.

Meditate on the golden beauty of the Sunrise as often as possible. :-D

In my experience, swimming is a perfect exercise for hot, sunny days, enjoy at least 30 minutes as the Sun comes up.

Incorporate this healthy routine every day and tell me how are you feeling in one week?

I am in Florida and I love early mornings, walking on the beach! :-D

This morning, I even had the opportunity to see a sea turtle nest.

For many years, millions of sea turtles have been nesting in this beautiful City of Golden beach, Florida and all along the coast around.

Sea turtles are in nesting season from March through September, this is when the female turtles lay their eggs in the sand, she buries her eggs, and she leaves them and does not return.

These turtle doctors come every morning to check the turtles' nest, they keep detailed records of how many nests there are, when the eggs are left and monitor the conditions of the nests. The eggs need to incubate for about two months.

I can not wait to help and see these babies turtles be born, but you must be dedicated because we never know exactly when the baby turtles will hatch. They like to sneak out just before the Sunrise when nobody is looking! We all have to do our part to protect and help these helpless little babies.
