Back in 2008-2009, our town Bacarra launched the Bac-Bacarra Festival Dance Parade Competition he was the dance instructor of four barangays including ours and at the same time he is reviewing for taking his LET: Licensure Exam for Teachers. I can still remember, November 2009 at 10ish when I was on my computer and he is on his too when he screamed to me and asked me for help to load the results for the LET but due to un explainable reason both of us can't load the site and we are so eager to see the result, we are not anticipating for the result but all of his friends already sending him message telling him that he is one of the topnotchers. We didn't believe until we both see it. We screamed when we saw it because we couldn;t contain our happiness and his hardships paid off. At that moment I felt so much proud to have him us my brother. And with our celebration we suddenly woke up our parents who were sleeping that night.
That morning, while getting ready for school, I heard my uncle's radio on. He is listening to an Ilocano News. Later after that radio was turn on and he heard my bro's name over the radio he ran home which is just next door, he theen looked for my bro and asked my mother if we already know. And that day, I went to school filled with joy, happiness and proud of what my brother accomplished. As I enter the gate of my school, joys from each faces and happiness welcomed me that morning because people knows that I am a sister of a TOPNOTCHER.
He became a teacher for four years before migrating. And when we moved he first work in Forever 21, and when I saw in him that he is enjoying I asked him about going back to teaching. He then told me that if he passed his license exam then he will go back to teaching field. Unfortunately he didn't pass it but thru hardships every six months he got promotions and was able to reach a VISUAL MANAGER.

Yes, 3 lol! Imagine how love-hate relationship we had also, but so sweet after some fights with them we still love each other.

Thank you and who wouldn’t be proud of? It took us a month to be famous because of him. And until now the feeling every time I remember that exact scene I can’t help but to be greatful and proud to have him.
